Outsmart every lawn – advanced AI Vision technology and a capacity of 7,500 m²

The Husqvarna Automower® 450V NERA is a high-end wireless robotic mower built to master large lawns up to 7,500 m² with exceptional precision. Thanks to the virtual boundaries enabled by our built-in satellite technology, installation is both flexible and robust.

Requirements:
-Mobile or Wi-Fi internet coverage across the entire lawn is needed. If you do not have internet coverage, you can purchase the Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station.
- The Automower® Connect app. Freely available on the AppStore and Google Play.

Everything starts in the Automower® Connect app, where you create individual and customizable work areas, along with temporary no-go zones. These can be easily adjusted later for garden projects or changes to your lawn layout during the season.

The built-in camera uses advanced AI to detect and identify objects on the lawn and acts accordingly depending on the type of object. Thanks to infrared light, the lawn mower avoids obstacles, takes wild animals into account, and ensures full garden coverage—even at night. Since AI vision technology is combined with satellite navigation, complete garden coverage is ensured even in areas with weak satellite signals. 

With the selectable mowing pattern feature, you can choose from a striped, checkerboard, or triangle pattern for your lawn, covering an area of 7,500 m². Or, for a carpet-like finish, select the random pattern mode, which covers an area of 5,000 m².

The patented non-fixed front axle increases maneuverability and improves performance on rough terrain on slopes up to 50%.

How does the satellite technology work?
For centimeter-level accuracy, the mower must receive correction data, which is provided via Husqvarna Cloud at no additional cost. This requires mobile or Wi-Fi coverage over the entire lawn and provides excellent position accuracy, typically better than 5 cm. If you do not have mobile or Wi-Fi coverage, you can purchase the Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station as an additional accessory. It is a standalone solution that does not require an internet connection and provides even greater accuracy of the mower's position (about 2-3 cm).
