Husqvarna Automower® 405VE NERA – a wireless robotic lawn mower packed with innovative features, created for perfect results on lawns up to 900 m². The EdgeCut function keeps lawn edges tidy and minimizes the time and effort you need to spend trimming. Thanks to virtual boundaries enabled by our integrated satellite technology, installation is flexible and robust. 

Requirements:
- Mobile or Wi-Fi internet coverage across the entire lawn is necessary. If you do not have internet coverage, you can purchase the Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station.
- The Automower® Connect app. Available for free in the App Store and Google Play.

Everything starts in the Automower® Connect app, where you set up individual and customizable work areas, together with temporary no-go zones. These can be easily adjusted later for garden projects or changes in the layout of your lawn throughout the season. 

The built-in camera uses advanced AI to detect and identify objects on the lawn and acts accordingly based on the type of object. Thanks to infrared light, the mower avoids obstacles, takes wildlife into account, and ensures complete garden coverage, even at night. Because AI Vision technology is combined with satellite navigation, full garden coverage is also ensured in areas with weak satellite signals. 

With the selectable mowing pattern feature, you can choose from striped, checkerboard, or triangular patterns on your lawn, which delivers coverage of 900 m². Or, for a carpet-like finish, choose the irregular pattern mode, which covers 600 m².

How does the satellite technology work?
For centimeter-level accuracy, the mower needs to receive correction data, which is provided via Husqvarna Cloud at no extra cost. This requires mobile or Wi-Fi coverage over the entire lawn and offers excellent position accuracy, typically better than 5 cm. If you do not have mobile or Wi-Fi coverage, you can purchase the Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station as an additional accessory. It is a standalone solution that does not require an internet connection and delivers even greater mower position accuracy (around 2-3 cm).
