The Husqvarna Automower® 308V is an advanced wireless robot mower for lawns up to 800 m², designed for effortless, quiet, and highly reliable lawn maintenance. Thanks to wireless installation with satellite technology, there’s no need for boundary wires, making installation flexible and robust.

For correct operation, wifi coverage over the entire lawn is required. In combination with Husqvarna satellite technology, this ensures an accurate and efficient mowing pattern.

Installation requirements

To use the Husqvarna Automower® 308V, you need the following:

• Wifi internet coverage over the entire lawn
• The Automower® Connect app (freely available on the App Store and Google Play)
• If wifi is not available:
  • Husqvarna Automower® Connect kit (mobile connectivity)

  • Or Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station (installation by Husqvarna dealer)

     

Automower® Connect app: complete control over your lawn

Everything starts in the Automower® Connect app, where you can easily:

• Set up multiple work zones
• Create temporary no-go zones
• Adjust mowing areas to garden projects or seasonal changes
• Control and program the mower remotely

This keeps your lawn perfectly maintained, even when your garden layout changes.

AI Vision technology with object detection

The built-in camera uses AI Vision technology to detect and recognize objects on the lawn. This allows the robot mower to:

• Avoid obstacles
• Prevent collisions
• Mow safely and efficiently

The AI camera works together with satellite navigation, allowing the mower to maintain complete garden coverage, even in areas with weaker satellite signals.

Selectable mowing patterns for a perfect lawn

With the Husqvarna Automower® 308V, you can choose different mowing patterns:

• Striped pattern
• Checkerboard pattern
• Triangle pattern
• Irregular pattern (carpet-like finish)

Capacity:

• Up to 800 m² with structured patterns
• Up to 500 m² with irregular mowing pattern

This allows you to choose the appearance of your lawn.

How does Husqvarna satellite technology work?

For highly accurate positioning, the robot mower receives correction data via the Husqvarna Cloud. This results in positional accuracy typically better than 5 cm.

If wifi coverage is unavailable, there are two alternatives:

• Automower® Connect kit – mobile connectivity via the internet
• Husqvarna EPOS® RS1 reference station – works without internet and offers even higher accuracy (± 2–3 cm)
