The striking cab ensures ultimate comfort and an unparalleled field of vision
The Protect-U design provides exceptional visibility and an unmatched level of comfort. Because the engine and transmission are isolated from the cab, vibrations are greatly reduced and noise levels remain limited to just 69 dBA. As a result, the spacious cab is among the quietest workspaces in its class.
Massey Ferguson 9S hydraulics
The hydraulic system delivers 205 liters/min at just 1,650 rpm, which results in fuel savings and a lower noise level. For applications with a high oil demand, there is an available option with a dual closed-center pump that delivers 340 liters/min at 1,650 rpm and six hydraulic valves for operating complex implements. Hydraulic coupling is also made easier thanks to standard decompression levers.
Perfect power-to-weight ratio
With an excellent power-to-weight ratio of 25.6 kg/hp, the tractor can perform heavy-duty tasks with high performance and lower fuel consumption. The MF 9S is light and agile thanks to a turning circle of just 5.75 m, yet strong enough for heavy loads in the field and on the road. The maximum weight of 18.5 tons with ballast provides extra traction and makes this tractor suitable for any application.
Optimal traction and soil protection
With the central tire inflation system, tire pressure can be quickly adjusted for greater traction in the field and reduced soil compaction. In just four minutes, the tire pressure of common tires, such as VF 710/75R42 and VF 620/75R30, can be adjusted from 0.8 bar to 1.6 bar.
