What is Antonio Carraro's patented ACTIO™ chassis ?

The ACTIO™ chassis is built from strong cast iron and forms a solid foundation for the tractor. Thanks to a central pivot point (see photo on the right), the chassis can move with the terrain up to 15°. This allows both sides of the tractor to follow the ground independently, even on uneven or sloping terrain. As a result, the tires always maintain good contact with the ground.

Thanks to the special design with a front-mounted engine, the center of gravity is low and the tractor’s weight is optimally distributed: 60% at the front and 40% at the rear. When working with an implement, this is nicely balanced to a 50/50 weight distribution across both axles. And you notice it immediately: more control, better traction, and more efficient work in the field.
